Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and US territories and where prohibited by law. This Giveaway shall only be administered and assessed according to applicable State and U.S. law as this is the location of the sponsor (DreamBuildComputers). Forgo entering this Sweepstakes if you are not located in a state or region that does not allow giveaways or sweepstakes, or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. Terms and Conditions for Free Sweepstakes
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of DreamBuildComputers (the Sponsor,) which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
1. Eligibility:

This Giveaway shall only be administered and assessed according to applicable State and U.S. law as this is the location of the sponsor (DreamBuildComputers). Forgo entering this Sweepstakes if you are not located in a state or region that does not allow giveaways or sweepstakes, or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. This sweepstakes is Void where restricted or prohibited by law.
b. To accept the prize you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the considered age of majority, whichever is older, in your defined State and Country of residence. For example: if you win the giveaway and you are under 18 years of age you can have your family member or parent accept the prize on your behalf.
c. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
2. How to Enter:
a. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the sweepstakes.
b. Participants are allowed to enter with a purchase for the method of entry earning 1 entry for every 1$ spent at DreamBuildComputers.com will be available but not mandatory. Sale entries will be tracked by matching the order discount code or email (the email used to place the order must be the same one used to join the giveaway).
c. Participants are also allowed to enter the sweepstakes using a free postal mail in entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address: Mail the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: 70 SW Century Dr ste 100 PMB 5057 Bend. OR 97702 (the “Mail-In Entry”). All entries must be postmarked by February 14, 2023 and received by February 19, 2023. Each mail-in entry received with be worth one (1) Sweepstake entry. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the ADMINISTRATOR). Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.
d. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
e. Multiple entries per person is allowed.
f. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, invalid, or contain incorrect information will be considered void, or will be adjusted according to the rules of the sweepstakes.
g. Prize will be delivered to winner “AS IS.” Any upgrades or other options are at the sole expense of the winner. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition.
h. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING
i. Customers who initiate returns for purchases during the sweepstakes period will have their entries disqualified and removed from the Sweepstakes. NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ENDS. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM FUTURE GIVEAWAYS.
3. Sweepstakes Period:
a. The sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 am on 1/20/2024 Pacific time and end at 8:00am on 2/20/2024 Pacific time.
b. All entries must be received within the giveaway sweepstakes period to be eligible for the prize draw.
c. If during the giveaway the Sponsor deems necessary to extend the giveaway period by any amount, they are allowed to do so.
4. Prize:
a. The prize for the sweepstakes is DreamBuildComputers Giveaway #2 custom built computer With an approximate retail value of 1867$.
b. Prize: Winners should allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of the prize. The prize is nontransferable, nonnegotiable, non-divisible, and not redeemable for credit.
Miscellaneous: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any other entity besides the Sponsor
c. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
d. The sponsor will be responsible for shipping the prize to the Winner including all applicable fees.
e. The Sponsor is not responsible for the prize once the winner has been selected.
5. Winner Selection:
a. The winner will be announced on or about 10:00am on 2/20/2024.
b. The winner will be selected using the embedded app giveaway ninja. The app randomizes all tickets and pick one ticket from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period to be picked as the winner.
c. The winner will be notified via Email (support@dreambuildcomputers.com) within 12 hours after the sweepstakes ends.
d. If the winner does not respond within 12 hours of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
e. if a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected.
d. By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winners grants to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of the Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification.
6. Publicity:
a. By participating in the sweepstakes, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any further compensation.
7. Privacy:
a. Any personal information collected during the sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes in partnership with giveaway ninja and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
8. General Conditions:
a. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the sweepstakes.
b. By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless to the sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from or related to the sweepstakes or the prize.
c. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the state of Oregon.
d. If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. They also at any time, without notice can award the Prize (defined below) using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant or individual deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Website.
Sweepstakes Release and Liability Law
1. Release of Liability:
a. By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant releases and discharges the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
2. Assumption of Risk:
a. The participant acknowledges and understands that there may be certain risks associated with participating in the sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of electronic equipment, internet connectivity issues, and unforeseen technical difficulties. The participant voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees that the Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from such risks.
3. Indemnification:
a. The participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless to the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the participant's participation in the sweepstakes or any breach of these terms and conditions.
4. Governing Law:
a. The sweepstakes release and liability law shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State/Country. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in City/Region.
5. Severability:
a. If any provision of this sweepstakes release and liability law is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this sweepstakes release and liability law. The participant further acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to seek legal advice before participating in the sweepstakes.
Release of Claims (Oregon)
1. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Sponsors' sweepstakes, I, the undersigned participant, hereby release and discharge the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
2. I understand and acknowledge that participating in the Sweepstakes may involve certain risks, including but not limited to the use of electronic equipment, internet connectivity issues, and unforeseen technical difficulties. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that the Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from such risks.
3. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless to the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Sweepstakes or any breach of these terms and conditions.
4. This Release of Claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Release of Claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City/Region].

By entering the sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as comply with the laws of the state of Oregon.

Winner announcement: The name of the official winner will be announced at DreamBuildComputers.com on or about February 20th, 2024 or after the winner has been verified. The list of Winners will also be posted on DreamBuildComputers.com on the Winners page.
